USS CONSTITUTION welcomes USS CARR to Boston

Nice to see the " Old Girl " is able to come out and greet the fleet as they arrive in Boston....She has been undergoing some refits and is still pretty "light on her feet" for a 214 year old Lady.... God Bless her and all who sail on her.
